Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can I use my own custom inspection checklist?

Yes. While we use standard ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 protocols as our baseline, we encourage you to provide your specific product requirements or previous defect history. Our team will incorporate your criteria into the final inspection checklist used by the inspector on-site.

Q2: Do you verify Amazon FBA packaging and labeling requirements?

Yes, we can check FBA requirements. If requested, our inspectors will verify FNSKU barcodes, polybag warnings, and carton weights against the specifications you provide. We also conduct standard carton drop tests to help verify packaging durability for transit.

Q3: Will I communicate with an English-speaking representative?

Yes. You will be supported by our English-speaking account coordinators. They will assist you with booking details, clarify report findings, and keep you updated on the inspection progress.

Q4: Which countries and regions do your services cover?

Our core inspection network covers all major manufacturing regions across Mainland China. If you require information regarding other regions, please contact us.

Q5: What happens to the defective samples found during the inspection?

Our inspectors label and photograph the defective samples for your report. Typically, these items are shown to the factory manager on-site. It is then up to the buyer and the factory to negotiate rework or replacement before shipping.

Q6: If a batch fails, do you offer re-inspections?

Yes. If a shipment fails and the factory reworks the goods, you can book a Re-inspection. Our inspector will return to the facility to verify if the previous defects have been corrected and check for any new issues.
